Certificate of the Parking space


  Buying or Owning a car in Tokorozawa, Saitama?
    (Cities in Tokyo or Kanto region are available.)


車庫証明 (Shako-Shomei or Shako-shou-mei)
 Parking space must be confirmed by local police office before you register the vehicle. It is time consuming process to get a Shako-Shomei as you have to visit the police office at least twice. We will take care of this procedure on behalf of you.


We offer 名義変更(Meigi-Henko; change of name) service when required.
    (It needs another service fee.)


The parking space must be:
  • The space which is not on the road.
  • The space which can be capable to put the full length and width of the vehicle in.
  • Within 2km distance from the users registered address.
  • Accessible by the car.
  • Confirmed by the landlord for the usage as a parking space.

Following documents will be needed.


Application Forms
  • Application of the Vehicle parking certificate.
  • Permission for the usage of the space.(if the parking lot is on your own)
  • Permission for the usage of the space. (if the parking lot is rented)
  • Location map of the parking.
*The forms are available at your Local police office.
*Either 2 or 3 will be needed.



Other document might be needed in alternative.
We will let you know in advance what you really need to prepare for the application.

The Way to Applying

Step 1 Call us or E-mail to letting you know what you need to prepare.
↓
Step 2 Send all documents to our office.
↓
Step 3 We will check the document and submit them at police office near you.
↓
Step 4 Send back the certificate after getting it from the police office.
